Clients support - Account Management and business development - Developing consultative sales relationships with key buying influences within the customer's organization including key management and executive management, CFO, Radiology Directors, CEO, etc. - Financial responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets - Host site visits and provide on-site demonstration support to Agfa sales personnel - Achieving assigned sales and profitability goals for Agfa products and services. - Maintaining a positive working relationship with Agfa Healthcare’s local and global professional sales and service organization. - Maintaining up to date knowledge of the industry trends and competitors’ solutions offerings - Prioritize sales opportunities based on company objectives. - Understanding and preparation of Technical Configurations - Providing basic solution Demonstrations - Participation in Radiology and IT Events and Exhibitions - Willingness to travel up to 40% of time and to customer sites, sales meetings and tradeshows or as required by business conditions **Experience**: - Minimum 4 years direct sales experience in the Healthcare, preferably in Healthcare IT solutions in general - Software solutions. **Skills**: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders - Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive business style. - Highly developed problem-solving skills - Competitive clinical IT product experience/knowledge - Self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously - Excellent writing and presentation skills - **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and in Spanish.** We offer a rewarding career in a field that impacts lives, the opportunity to work with a talented, committed team of individuals, training and career development programs, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
