About the job: Kent is looking for a Programming and Control Engineer bilingual in English and Spanish, to support ongoing projects. Skills and Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Project Programming: Definition and presentation of Master Programs and Detailed Work Programs, which include the greatest clarity on the scope of the project and the strategy proposed to execute the projects. Adjust the PDTs depending on the changes in scope that occur during the execution of the projects. Periodic Physical Progress Reports: Prepare and present the Physical Progress Reports of the Projects, in accordance with the requirements established by the client, with reliable and timely information, which allows clarity on the delays registered, in order to define the recovery strategy to complete the execution of the projects. Contribute to Engineering Resource Planning: Keep updated the database for the Resource Planning necessary to comply with the execution of projects, according to the commitments established with clients. Definition of Execution Strategies: Provide support to the Engineering Coordinators - Project Managers - to generate in a timely manner the information and alerts necessary to establish the actions to be taken to comply with an adequate execution of the project. Present the alternatives, simulations and projections that allow defining the best strategy to be followed to complete the execution of the Project. Participation in Control and Follow-up Meetings: Provide the required support to the Engineering Coordinators - Project Managers in the control and follow-up meetings, internal and with the client, in such a way that there is real information on the status of project execution and allows taking the necessary corrective actions to comply with the development of the projects. Generate Weekly Reports of Man Hours: Prepare and present to the Engineering Coordinators - Managers and Project team the weekly reports of the planned HH vs. HH consumed during the execution of the projects and review the justifications for such deviations and actions to be implemented in the face of the variations registered. In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
