**Description**: We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). You will start as a** Logistics Coordinator**, doing track and trace, customer service, data entry, load building. Then you will be trained and prepared to become a **Carrier Sales Representative**. There are 3 Phases to the program: - _ Phase 1 _- Basic operations support i.e. track and trace, load building, etc. - They learn operations, terminology, and systems in a controlled program. - 2 months long. - _Phase 2 _- Carrier prospecting and adding new capacity into your system with clean data by utilizing our automation platform while covering future loads. - Continue to assist in operational support while increasing your capacity. Employee graduates to Phase 3 once they cover at least 10 loads/week for 3 weeks, timeline not to exceed 2 months. - _Phase 3_ - The employee moves completely into a commissionable carrier sales role where they are covering future, day of, and hustle freight. - Will continue to utilize our automation platform for carrier prospecting to increase the carrier base for the freight they are working on. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed in this role**: - Studies: High School Degree, university student or desirable Bachelor's Degree in International Business or Administrative career-related. - Desirable experience in customer service, logistics, sales or any other related fields. - Language: B2+ or C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. **As part of our family, you'll have access to**: - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (We work by the American calendar). - Competitive Salary: Starts with $2.2M COP and as a Carrier Sales it will be $2.6M COP + Comissions in US dollars. - Benefits (Gym membership, nutrition plan, health plan, and other related) + Undefined term contract. - On-site in Medellín.
