Role Description: The Customer Support Specialist within NFI is responsible for tracking carriers to ensure they accurately update the delivery information, allowing payments to be processed smoothly. Additionally, they oversee the entire process from pickup to delivery, verifying that the recorded information is accurate and that each carrier properly documents all deliveries. This helps prevent any issues related to the confirmation of deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor carriers to ensure they accurately update delivery information in the system. Ensure that each carrier properly documents all deliveries, making sure the information is complete and accurate. Identify and resolve any issues related to delivery confirmation to prevent delays in the process. Maintain detailed records of all deliveries and carrier updates to facilitate audits and future reviews. Ensure effective and persistent communication with carriers to resolve issues promptly, keep delivery information updated in the system, and maintain complete traceability of delivery activities for accurate processing. Generate and send the Past RAD Not Delivered Report, Missed Pickup Report, and Expedited Orders Report daily to monitor cargoes that have not been updated, missed pickups, and urgent orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery management. Create, review, and plan cargo orders to ensure efficient scheduling and management. Update the status of loads to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery management. Review and ensure that orders are correctly uploaded and planned in the system. Send the Bill of Lading to carriers once the orders have been created. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Great English communication skills (B2 Intermediate). At least 6 months of Logistics experience (Must). Fluent in French (Able to communicate) - Optional. Good collaboration and teamwork abilities. Understanding of the processes involved in the transportation and delivery of goods. Attention to detail. Knowledge of how to accurately manage and verify data related to deliveries. Able to work under pressure. Able to provide confidentiality to both the account and the company. Problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboratively working with internal and external contacts at all levels. Organizational and prioritization skills.
