The Sales Controlling Analyst is based at the central hub and plays a key role in supporting the Sales Controller by managing financial processes and controls related to sales activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing rebate and trade spend management, supporting monthly commercial processes, providing critical reporting, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and internal controls. The Analyst interacts with various internal teams, mainly the commercial team (Cust. Development Executives) to resolve issues, supports compliance efforts, and leverages expertise in financial systems to provide training and insights. Main responsabilities: : Customer planning and Rebate Management (creation, settlement, payment, closing) including Revenue and accruals reconciliation :Provide information for rebates / customer promotional planning :Trade Spend Management principles validation (Credit Notes): Planning, Documentation, Approval, Accruals, PoP, Claim validation :Establishing customer baseline spend plan and review T and Cs :Interacting with CDO on customer collection and dispute issues :Supporting the compliance monitoring with the Company's financial policies, internal controls, GAAP and accounting laws, tax audits :Participating in internal controls design assessment and effectiveness testing as prescribed by SOX requirements :Improving the internal controls environment by identifying problems and recommending / initiating corrective actions :Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field More than 1 year of experience in finance or related. English proficiency Relevant systems knowledge (MS Excel,, BI and SAP, R, Python, CoLab, Tableau, DOMO). Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
