Growth at Rocket Lab We are seeking a curious and analytical individual to join our Growth team as a Growth Merchandising Analyst. This role involves supporting the tracking, analysis, and optimization of app placements' performance. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions, create dashboards, and uncover insights to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities: - Support performance analysis of placements and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI. - Extract and clean data using SQL for ad hoc analysis and daily tracking. - Measure and monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CTO, clicks, and conversions. - Assist in structuring, monitoring, and reporting A/B tests. - Contribute to user segmentation to support more effective content strategies. - Collaborate with Trade, Product, and Growth teams to provide data-based recommendations. - Support planning for seasonal campaigns and creating audience-specific content lists. - Monitor daily performance and alert the team to significant changes in indicators. What you will learn: - How to analyze user behavior and conversion funnels in a mass consumption app. - Transforming data into business decisions. - Collaborating across different areas (Product, Trade, Growth, Marketing). - Building dashboards that impact business strategy. Requirements: - Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis. - Previous experience in consumer apps, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
