Monday - Friday during regular office hours. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR TTB ANALYST You maintain our organization's financial integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and continually improve finance processes to keep us in excellent standing. Working closely with managers, directors, and sales teams, you ensure compliance throughout the facility, particularly during the production and shipping phases. You implement the best business practices and train internal staff to ensure everyone's on the same page. Prioritizing accuracy and timeliness, you prepare tax payments, formulate monthly reports, manage export processes, and conduct self-assurance finance audits. If you notice any gaps during the auditing process, you roll out new procedures to fill the void. You stay on top of industry trends, prepare timely tax reports, and ensure staff throughout the facility comply with financial regulations. Here's what our TTB Analyst needs: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field with some financial or operational exposure • Thorough knowledge of Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), specifically Parts 19 and 25 • Verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs like Excel and Word • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under pressure These qualifications would be preferred for this financial role: • Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment • Some exposure to supply chain activities WHY CHOOSE US?
