Posit ion : Client Success and Operations Assistant Working Hours : 9 AM - 5 PM US Central Time Compensation : USD 1200 - 1900 per month, depending on experience About the Company: The company is a US-based, fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how sports clubs manage racquet stringing and demo equipment checkouts. On a mission to simplify club operations, and looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Client Success & Operations Assistant to help us deliver exceptional service as we scale. About the Role: This is a high-impact hybrid role where client onboarding, light support, and operational coordination meet. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our clients moving forward and ensures our founder stays informed and focused. What You’ll Do: Support client onboarding with email templates, data entry, and Stripe account syncs Respond to a light volume of customer service emails (clubs and players) Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate technical bugs to the dev team Manage onboarding checklists and track account setup progress Flag client delays and blockers proactively to the CEO (Bonus) Assist with product walkthroughs or intro admin calls What We’re Looking For: At least 5 years of relevant experience Excellent English (both written and spoken) with a confident, professional tone Strong Google Sheets or spreadsheet skills Tech-savvy and confident with SaaS tools, CRMs, and digital platforms Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing your checklist Self-starter mindset—you anticipate needs and take initiative Nice-to-Haves: Experience in SaaS onboarding, project coordination, or customer support Background in working with small teams or founder-led environments Ready to make an impact at a growing SaaS startup?
