Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to lead, scale, and own our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building out the marketing function, managing a growing team, and developing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and ready to build and manage a team Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team. Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive inbound leads Manage an SEO roadmap (keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization) and the content team to drive organic growth. Plan and execute webinars, create case studies. Develop and manage the company newsletter and all key marketing communications. Own copywriting efforts across website, landing pages, ads, and outbound campaigns. Develop paid-ads campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search) to target our ICPs Plan and run webinars. Analyze marketing performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure marketing and business development are aligned. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or professional services. Proven experience growing and managing SEO and content teams. Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid media campaigns. Strong copywriting and content marketing skills. Experience organizing webinars, case studies, and newsletters as lead generation tools. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and marketing performance. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. Highly entrepreneurial and excited about building systems, teams, and processes from scratch.
