We're on a mission to realign our Talent Acquisition organisation to help Wärtsilä accelerate the decarbonisation of the marine and energy industries by recruiting key talent even faster, better and bolder. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all vacancies in defined business unit (AMER Service Region, Parts & Field Service), using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes. You will partner with the business to provide high-level expertise on the external candidate market, recruitment processes, and relevant HR guidelines. You will utilise direct sourcing methods and our People Narrative to attract and engage high-quality candidates while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will deliver coaching and/or training to upskill our hiring managers in recruitment and assessment. You will develop effective relationships with key recruitment agencies, setting KPIs, managing engagement, tracking performance, and measuring quality.
