Your primary objective will be to develop automatedtools that can mimic human interactions on our websites,streamlining manual processes and improving overall efficiency. Byautomating repetitive tasks and processes, you will play a crucialrole in reducing manual labor and freeing up valuable time forteams to focus on more strategic initiatives. What you will do 1.Develop and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks tosupport automated testing of application behavior. 2. Createautomated software that accurately simulates user interactions andvalidates system functionality. 3. Integrate automation tools withexisting systems, including CI/CD pipelines and defect trackingsystems. 4. Collaborate closely with development teams tounderstand product requirements, identify testing needs, andprovide feedback. 5. Analyze test results to identify defects,failures, and anomalies. 6. Review and optimize test results toensure high-quality output and system reliability. What we arelooking for 1. Proven expertise in Python development, with a focuson building scalable automation solutions. 2. Extensive hands-onexperience using Selenium for web automation and testing. 3. 3+years of hands-on experience in maintaining and scaling automationframeworks. 4. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinaryteams with developers, managers, and product owners. 5.Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented personality. 6.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation intothe build process. 7. Advanced level of English. 8. Experiencedeveloping automation frameworks from scratch. 9. Experience withcloud-based testing platforms. 10. Knowledge of version controlsystems like Git. 11.
