Job Responsibilities: - Industry/Business Analysis: A high-level individual contributor analyzes client's business needs, integrates client's business strategies, and recommends appropriate information technology solutions utilizing ACI's methodologies. Conducts analysis of corporate objectives, critical success factors, business functions, and processes. Plans, integrates, and manages the implementation of new technology. Has technical expertise in one or several business or industry specializations, which may include: - - Financial or Merchant Retail Payment Models - Global Payment Networks - - Business Process Re-engineering - - Client Server Application Development - - Application Outsourcing - - Technology Migration - - Data Mining/Data Warehousing/Analytics - - Electronic Banking or Electronic B2B Commerce - - Customer Relationship Management - - Treasury Management Project Management: Performs duties involved with managing large, strategic, and/or multiple projects as a high-level technical expert. Establishes critical success factors, develops and improves strategic processes, develops project plans and Statements of Work, solves complex problems, guides technical direction, and may audit projects for adherence to plans. Contributes to knowledge management by documenting best practices. Business Development/Sales Support: Contributes to regional/product's business development and sales efforts, aligns activities with regional/business needs, develops and executes marketing plans, identifies new business opportunities, meets with clients, prepares and presents proposals, and identifies staff needs. Mentoring Employees: Acts as a mentor, coach, or trainer, sharing expertise and ensuring staff information is updated in reporting systems. Other Functions: Works independently, manages projects, meets deadlines, and reports progress. Demonstrates expertise in technical disciplines, methodologies, or industries, with advanced knowledge of ACI's software development methods and technical areas. Possesses global business and IT knowledge, can develop business plans, and has strong proposal and presentation skills. Exhibits achievement orientation, problem-solving, risk management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
