Apply for Job Job ID 48394 Location Columbia Full/Part Time Full-Time Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Job Description The Department of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at the University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a Skeletal Muscle Biology and Exercise Physiology Research and Teaching Faculty Member to join a cadre of world-class researchers, educators, and clinicians who are focused on precision nutrition and lifestyle intervention approaches for the prevention and treatment of age-associated sarcopenia and cardiometabolic diseases and related disorders. We particularly want to hear from candidates who conduct clinical and translational research and study protein dynamics. The successful applicant will be expected to: 1) maintain a nationally and internationally recognized extra-mural funded research program, 2) contribute to the Department's and School's teaching efforts at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the candidate's area of expertise, and 3) provide service to the school, university, community, and profession.
