As the Appointment Setter you'll be on the frontlines of our business development engine. Your mission: help us connect with decision-makers, book meetings, and uncover strategic growth opportunities. Requirements: Understanding of lead generation and market research. Background in recruiting, financial services, or telemarketing. CRM or task planning experience. Resilient and persistent—comfortable with follow-up & rejection. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, and Microsoft 365. Organized and detail-oriented. Self-starter with solid time management. Description: Proactively reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and RingCentral. Qualify leads based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP). Schedule discovery calls between prospects and the BDO. Keep accurate records in Microsoft Teams Planner, SharePoint, and Manatal. Use LinkedIn, Apollo, and Boolean search to find key contacts. Build segmented lead lists by title, industry, and location. Track industry trends and competitive intel. Send meeting confirmations and post-call follow-ups. Re-engage interested prospects and reschedule no-shows. Maintain active engagement with potential leads.
