Unlock the Power of Behavior to Deliver Actionable Insights Job Description: This role is designed for individuals who can monitor systems, identify trends and problems, and provide reliable solutions to critical customer issues. You will work closely with developers and technical teams to solve customer problems efficiently and improve our product. You will be responsible for gathering technical information, investigating issues, resolving and escalating priority problems. You will also enrich our tutorial documents to nurture extended self-service capabilities of our external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-facing skills, be a native Spanish speaker with an excellent written and spoken English level (B2 or higher on the CEFR scale). Fluent in Portuguese is an advantage. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Technical Skills and Knowledge: Monitoring, troubleshooting, logs-reading, SQL, etc. - Customer-Facing Skills - Languages: Native Spanish speaker, excellent written and spoken English level, fluent in Portuguese (an advantage) - Office Tools - NOC or Technical Support Experience (an advantage) - Scripting or Programming Experience (an advantage) - Customer Service Principles and Practices (an advantage) Benefits: As a member of our dynamic Technical Support Team, you will play a key role in facilitating and managing technical support and monitoring.
