Role reports to: Sr. Manager, Technology Audit Location: Prague, Czech Republic; Sao Paulo, Brazil; or Bogota, Colombia What you will do The Data & Analytics Senior Auditor enables digital capabilities within the audit (GA&A) function and drives adoption of the digital strategy. This role involves upskilling the audit team, digitizing processes, and leveraging technical capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Define and implement GA&A’s digital strategy focusing on data and automation. Manage and maintain digital audit software and support other digital solutions used in the audit function. Collaborate with auditors and process owners to design and implement data analytics and automation solutions. Drive digital upskilling within the audit team. Embed data analytics into the audit process and support ad hoc analytics throughout the audit lifecycle. Leverage technology to automate manual and time-consuming audit processes. Support the integration of GenAI within audit processes. Qualifications What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in audit, data analytics, automation, or related fields. Technical expertise with tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, UiPath, KNIME, Alteryx, etc. Effective project management and multitasking skills. Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills. Quantitative, analytical, or statistical skills. Desired Qualifications Knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, AICPA, PCAOB standards. Experience in consumer healthcare or CPG industry. Professional certifications like CPA, CFE, CISA, CISM. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
