Support business in prioritizing initiatives based on regulatory and cost-benefit components. Ensure a solid and accurate Business Case is developed, reflecting program outcomes and implementing rigorous Benefit Realization plans. Identify all impacted stakeholders and effectively communicate process changes. Set up, recruit, manage, and balance the resource plan needed to deliver the program or project. Ensure compliance with the defined scope and objectives. Collaborate with peers, business analysts, key users, product owners, development, infrastructure, architecture teams, and the PMO leader to ensure timely execution. Define the approach, scope, critical path, and planning to meet deliverables on time and aligned with business expectations. Monitor and report overall project status, understanding the project’s purpose, goals, and alignment with customer strategy. Escalate any deviations in quality, progress, budget, or deadlines. Act as the communication hub between the team and management to enable quick and accurate decision-making. Ensure the quality of all interim and final project deliverables. Provide regional and global reporting.
