**Detailed Job Description** **Position Overview** - Will function as a Business Analyst within MS Business Unit - Will report to a Project Manager, a more senior Business Analyst within the group or a systems Analyst - Will Identify and translate high level, conceptual user-requirements into specifications of business and functional requirements **Requirements**: - Have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite Requires a BS Computer Science degree or a related area **Qualifications** - Highly organized and detail oriented - Able to articulate issues, build consensus around recommendations, and define next steps Outstanding verbal, written communication and listening skills **Key Skills** - Experience with.NET Application Development - Experience in creating Business Flows / Swimlane Diagrams - Experience writing User Stories in for an Agile Scrum team Experience in Wire Frame Creation **Responsibilities** **Operational** - Familiarize the team on customer requirements, technical specifications, development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance in Network Research systems and integrations. - Act as a team lead and operational point of contact for requests or incident raised by Network or Local Research users. Schedule and lead project calls to maintain documentation of business & technical decisions that are made to address incidents as a collective. Provide comprehensive support to internal / external customers to achieve appropriate resolution to outstanding issues. - Working closely and coordinating with client to understand requirements for existing and future projects including user requirements. Create and maintain technical design documents, flow diagrams and standard operating procedure documents as per user requirements. - Maintain in depth interaction with the client across various functional areas to comprehend and resolve apprehensions/issues rise relating to project delivery and its functional prowess and creating effort estimation and work allocation and track development or enhancements using Agile methodology - Outstanding analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgement, organizational and follow-up skills to resolve issues with a dedication to positive customer experience and work with Univision technical operations teams, customers, third-party consultants
