Job Summary As an Adobe Workfront Technical Developer, you will be responsible for configuration for our clients’ complex business requirements into scalable architecture.. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing consulting services, training, and support for Adobe Workfront solutions. Your goal is to enable clients to streamline their processes, enhance collaboration, and improve overall efficiency using the Workfront platform. Responsibilities - Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. - Design customized Adobe Workfront solutions that align with the stakeholder’s strategic objectives. - Design/ implement integration and data stories across Workfront and other system to ensure a seamless flow of data and connected workstream. - Collaborate and develop process and system documentation to ensure system is well documented for scale within client organizations. - Work directly with clients to help troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to ensure successful adoption of Workfront. - Work with clients post-implementation to assess the effectiveness of the Workfront solution and recommend enhancements, optimizations, and new features as their business evolves. - Stay up-to-date on Adobe Workfront features, best practices, and industry trends to offer expert advice and innovative solutions to clients. - Develop and drive system best practices for Workfront including templates, milestone paths, request queues, fields, reporting, etc. - Drive User Acceptance Testing for clients with detailed end to end persona based test scripts. - Ability to understand client workflow complexities and translate into relevant configuration applicable within Workfront. Qualifications and Job Requirements - 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing, solutions consulting position. - Minimum of 5 years of technical configuration experience working with Adobe Workfront, including advanced reporting including collections, matrix reports and text mode, experience with custom form development including calculated fields and a deep understanding of metadata taxonomies. - Minimum 5 years experience with large scale or enterprise companies assisting in configuration in resource management, planning modules, agile structure and data story development. - Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront and capabilities of API to connect across other platforms. - Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met. - Experience implementing Workfront across completed multi-group organizations.
