The LAC region at Visa is a key, strategic pillar to Visa's growth and operational strategy, in the way that we build, manage, support, and productize global payment technology. They are solving massive, complex technical problems at significant scale. **Senior Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Full life cycle recruiting - yes, you will own the hiring manager relationship and become entrenched in the business. - Building deep partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics. This is not a key-word matching exercise. - Building strategy to hire our in house call center for LATAM, work with agencies, partner with managers globally and discuss KPIs, metrics, timeline of the project with key stakeholders - Influence key stakeholders, up to the executive level, on strategic and operational topics - Operating with a laser, unbending focus on diversity and inclusion. - Acting as a consultant and SME in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, immigration, etc. - Working on/leading key functional and/or global projects - Work on overflow of positions outside of call center Recruitment for open roles in LAC region. This position is based in Bogota, Colombia reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition for the LAC region. Additional Information: - This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._ **Work Hours **Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours. **Travel Requirements **This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time. **Mental/Physical Requirements **This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms. **Additional information** Visa is an EEO Employer. We aren't married to the functional expertise - anything from Software Engineering/Architecture to Cybersecurity to Infrastructure (storage, networking, database, etc.) to Data Science, MKT, Commercial, Call Center, agency experience is valid - Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of people. - Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and diversity. - Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement, and workforce planning. - Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Keen eye towards metrics and data, both to self-manage and to facilitate empirical, data-driven conversations. - A great team player - it takes a village! - Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills. - The ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast, evolving environments.
