Location : Must be in Colombia - Remote Environment : Colombian and International Teams Language : Intermediate to Advanced English - Conversational Non-fixed Term Contract. Experience : At least 2 years. Salary : $3.500.000 COP per month + Commissions (1.500.000 COP to 5.000.000 COP). The Role We are looking for a Sales and Customer Relations Specialist for the signage industry responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by using strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. The role involves providing information about products or services, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Through their service, the Sales Associate will build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers, understanding their needs and offering effective solutions that drive sales and contribute to the company's profits. Essential Functions: Call customers to sell products. Advise clients on current promotions, services, and available products . Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery or dispatch. Verify product availability for customer orders and offer alternatives when needed. Share knowledge and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions. Submit reports on open orders as required in the SOP for this process. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales and accounting, to ensure consistency in product and service delivery. Qualifications: Experience: in sales or customer service. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This includes skills in active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales. Computer Skills : Proficiency in the use of sales software, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, or other technological tools used to manage leads, track sales, and analyze data. Attitude : Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward work and sales challenges.
