We offer carefully considered benefits and hold regular team and company-wide meetings, and once-yearly in-person off-sites, to encourage collaboration and interaction between teams. **About the Role** We are seeking an **Affiliate Marketing Manager** to lead ClickGUARD’s affiliate and partnership initiatives, driving growth through strategic relationships. This role will be instrumental in developing and scaling our Affiliate Program by recruiting, nurturing, and empowering resellers and affiliates. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy Development** - **Design and execute** a partnership and affiliate strategy aligned with ClickGUARD’s growth objectives. - Identify and prioritize opportunities for strategic partnerships with affiliates, resellers, and industry influencers. - Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new partnership opportunities that ensure a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline. **Education and Engagement**: - Develop **training materials, tools, and resources** to enable affiliates and partners to effectively promote ClickGUARD. - Conduct **webinars, one-on-one training**, and live demos to engage and educate potential and existing partners. - Serve as a knowledgeable **resource and advocate** for partners, offering support that enhances their success. **aProgram Management** - **Oversee and optimize** the Affiliate Program to drive partner acquisition and retention. - Recruit, onboard, and support affiliates, ensuring their experience is seamless and rewarding. - **Monitor and analyze partner performance**, providing actionable insights and fostering strategies to maximize results. - Conduct **outreach campaigns** to identify new partners and maintain strong relationships with current ones. - Represent ClickGUARD at **industry events, forums, and webinars**, establishing the company as a trusted partner. **Performance Analysis and Reporting** - Define KPIs to measure the success of partnership initiatives and track progress. - **Create and share reports** detailing affiliate contributions, program ROI, and opportunities for improvement. - Use a **data-driven approach** to continually refine strategies, optimize partnerships, and improve outcomes. **Qualifications** - **Industry Expertise**: Strong knowledge of PPC, digital advertising, and ClickGUARD’s target audience (marketing agencies, in-house teams, CMOs, PPC Managers). - **Relevant Experience**: 3+ years managing partnerships, affiliate programs, or business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment. - **Strategic Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute scalable affiliate and partnership strategies. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels. - **Relationship Building**: Proven ability to establish, nurture, and grow meaningful business relationships. - **Data Proficiency**: Analytical mindset with experience evaluating performance metrics and leveraging insights. - **Organizational Skills**: Strong project management capabilities to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. - **Tech Knowledge**: Familiarity with tools such as affiliate platforms (e.g., Rewardful), CRMs (e.g., Brevo), affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale), and analytics tools. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **PPC platforms** such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads. - Background in or exposure to **digital marketing agencies**. - Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools like **Rewardful**, **Impact**, or similar platforms. - A proven track record of **growing and managing successful partnership programs** in a SaaS context.
