You will play a key role in ensuring the performance and productivity of foreign language trainers worldwide. This position is based in the Colombia office. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of approximately 50 trainers worldwide. - Ensure consistent and high-quality lesson delivery on a large scale. - Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPIs. - Propose and follow up on trainer performance improvements. - Lead recruitment activities for the trainer team. - Oversee HR aspects of the trainer team. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. - Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers. Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience. - Bilingual English/Spanish. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Experience in teaching is a plus. - Experience in multicultural environments is a plus. - Bachelor's or College degree.
