We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist inBogota who will provide our customers with technical advice andsupport on Microsoft products. Therefore, it is important that youhave a strong background in tech (systems, hardware, networking,software, cybersecurity, experience working with cloud -Azure, AWS,or GCS- + sales skills (communication, persuasion, customermanagement, objection management) + a high level of English. TheTechnical Sales Specialist is responsible for generating newbusiness and ensuring the growth of existing accounts within anassigned territory. This position assesses customer needs, providestechnical solutions, and resolves client issues while fosteringrelationships to enhance sales opportunities. He/she/they will alsodeliver technical training and communicate customer feedback todrive product and service improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations toshowcase products and services. 2. Provide technical expertise tosupport aggressive sales goals and customer inquiries. 3. Prepareand deliver moderately complex technical proposals andpresentations for sales support. 4. Identify and analyze customerneeds to develop strategies that competitively address demands. 5. Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of productswhile aligning with their goals. 6. Provide training sessionsutilizing technical expertise to enhance customer understanding andproduct use. 7. Follow up consistently on sales opportunities andinquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Build relationshipswith decision-makers at various levels to strengthen stakeholderengagement.
