The client service associate serves as the primary contact for clients and advisors, coordinating various client requests and tasks. Your responsibilities include supporting the advisor with preparing meetings, transcribing notes, drafting email follow-ups, organizing files, updating data, and exploring new ways to assist. This role requires learning and using our company software built on Microsoft systems. You will also be expected to continually learn about our company's services, processes, and systems, and to develop your career within the organization. Strong teamwork skills are essential. Our company offers financial services such as advising, insurance, legal, and tax services to medical doctors and their families in the USA. We have been operating for 12 years.
