**Position Overview**: As the Head of Cyber Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our cybersecurity strategy. You will lead a team of cybersecurity experts, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of our digital assets. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a forward-thinking approach to cybersecurity in the ever-evolving landscape of digital threats. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard the organization's digital assets. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals. - Oversee the design and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into the overall business processes. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies. - Coordinate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and analysis. - Work closely with executive leadership to communicate cybersecurity initiatives and risks. **Requirements**: - 5-10 years of complex enterprise architecture and support experience. - Knowledgeable and well-versed with ISO 27001, COBIT, and FAIR methodologies. - Experience in ITIL and Continuous Improvement methodologies - This role is primarily responsible and accountable for the information security controls, service delivery, and audit compliance needs of the region. It is focused on guaranteeing information security compliance aligned with the business requirements and local laws. - Knowledge of end-point security, firewalls, network access control, Intrusion Protection System, patching, Identity and Access Management, GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) - Well-versed with PC support and operating systems, networking, servers, databases, virtualization, Citrix, VMWare, telecommunications, Office 365, Power BI, and process automation. - Assure the delivery of cyber and OT security controls, IAM (Identity and access management) services, risk management, and business continuity measures. Identify improvements on current information security services related to the current vendors, both from a service, risk, and compliance standpoint. - Ensures the collaboration between the EISM (Enterprise Information Security Management) team and any security outsourcing providers. Monitors the contractual SLA attainment of all cybersecurity services. Tracks, measures, reports, and evaluates current information security services and performance. gUJpFxqX64
