This individual will be responsible for coordinating the return merchandise authorization process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues. Job Description - Act as a single point of contact for returns and refunds, ensuring responsiveness and resolution. - Utilize feedback from internal and external customers to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce cost of service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 4 years of experience leading RMA departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will also have experience working in a technical service desk/call center type of environment and possess excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and analyze team performance and implement corrective measures as needed. - Create and maintain team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support for clients (ticket assignation). Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience. - 4 years of experience leading Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) departments. - Excellent communication skills, verbal & written. - Goal oriented and attention to details. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
