Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Be able to model within AspenTech APS software, gather requirements and understand complexities in driving integration across multiple tools. **Qualifications**: - Chemical, petroleum, or industrial engineer - More than 5 years of experience in Oil & gas downstream companies or services petroleum companies with focus on refinery planning, scheduling and blending / refinery supply and demand / crude scheduling - Mandatory experience building models on APS (Aspen Petroleum Scheduler) and/or Aspen Orion - Desirable knowledge in Aspen PIMS - Desirable knowledge skills/experience in Digital Transformation / Agile methodologies / New technologies / Project Management - Advanced level of English (mandatory) - Excellent interpersonal skills.
