We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing IT services in multinational companies, preferably in the fields of communications, advertising, or digital marketing. - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on knowledge of operating systems: Mac OS 10.X/11.X and Windows 10 in a corporate/business environment. - A minimum of 3 years of experience working with O365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Fluent in both English and Spanish. - Familiarity with help desk tools for tracking and resolving issues. - Excellent customer service and project management operational skills.
