Overview Reports to: Subgerente Data & Analytics - LatAm GCoE Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office) Job Description We are seeking a technically skilled Data & BI leader to oversee and develop the dashboards and some Python solutions across our LatAm Global Center of Excellence (GCoE). This role will be pivotal in building the data infrastructure that powers business intelligence, operational reporting, and advanced analytics at a regional and global scale. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Power BI, data mining, Python and is passionate about enabling data-driven decision-making through scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities How you'll make an impact Dashboard & Report development Design, develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, the goal is visualizing key business metrics, ratios and FTE. Ensure the quality of the data and improve methodologies to guarantee the information, also participate in data validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting activities. Data Modeling & Transformation Build efficient data models using Power Query and DAX. Transform raw data from multiple sources (Pipefy, SharePoint, Excel) into reliable and usable datasets Use Python to improve solutions across the organization Automation & Scheduling Implement and manage data refresh schedules and automated distribution of reports. Manage the correct distribution of the metrics and dashboards to all stakeholders Optimize data models and reports for speed and efficiency. Team & Capability Development Lead and mentor data analysts, interns, and collaborators across the GCoE to build a high-performing data culture. Deliver training and technical playbooks to upskill teams in Power BI and python. About You Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. 4+ years of experience designing and implementing Dashboards in Power BI and building solutions using Python Expertise in Python, SQL and Power BI. Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and API integrations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across functions and regions. Fluent in English and Spanish. B2 Key Success Indicators (KPIs): Data quality compliance score across GCoE processes (target: ≥95% validated). Improve the frequency of the retrieve data to dashboards and reports (target: 3 times per day). # of business functions enabled with automated BI dashboards (target: 4+ within 12 months).
