Project Manager + Advanced English We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Softtek. About the Role The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Project Management of IT Infrastructure Implementation teams and advanced English language skills. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget. - Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resource allocation and task prioritization. - Monitor project progress using tools and techniques to track performance and ensure milestones are met. - Identify and assess risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues. - Act as primary point of contact, communicating project updates to stakeholders, leadership, and team members. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports. - Foster a collaborative and proactive project environment through team meetings and continuous improvement of project management processes. Requirements - Solid experience in Project Management of IT Infrastructure Implementation teams. - Advanced English language skills. - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com), budget management, and financial tracking for projects. - Delivering projects in compliance with ITIL or other service management frameworks. - Desired certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional). Working Conditions Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Business hours (between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm). Availability will be validated during the process.
