Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across: -Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) -Search Ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads) -Email Marketing -Telemarketing Support Campaigns Develop high-quality ad creatives (both static graphics and video ads ) tailored to target audiences. Handle media buying, budget allocation, and performance optimization. Design and build landing pages that drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for improvement. Collaborate with team members on new ideas, tools, and growth opportunities. The Profile Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing with social media , search ads , email , and/or telemarketing campaigns . Strong portfolio of ad creatives — static and video — showcasing successful campaigns. Experience in media buying and performance optimization. Skilled in building high-converting landing pages . A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a learning-focused team. Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness. English Level ADVANCED Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with GoHighLevel , Zapier , AI tools , and/or WordPress . Knowledge of marketing automation workflows. Familiarity with lead generation funnels.
