What We Seek: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who will work with our leadership team and hiring managers to identify proven talent to join our ecosystem. Successful candidates will understand the importance of creating a positive candidate experience and be results-oriented while maintaining high standards. You will handle business development (networking with warm leads), account management, quality control during candidate screening, facilitating interviews, and closing offers efficiently and cost-effectively. What You Will Be Doing: Establish and nurture relationships with executives/hiring managers and potential customers. Convert warm leads within the AI Fund ecosystem into paying customers and seek additional relationships to identify hiring needs. Work with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs. Regularly sync with leadership to prioritize positions, understand company goals, and advise on market trends and compensation structures. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Maintain timely follow-up, scheduling, and open communication with candidates and hiring teams. Source high-quality talent for all positions. Focus on quality and fit, especially for founding teams of startups, and negotiate long-term incentive packages. Recommend and execute effective recruiting strategies. Use the best channels to find and network with talents, gaining referrals and building trust. Utilize HR and recruiting systems effectively. Manage ATS and other tools like Crunchbase, Lever, HackerRank, and LinkedIn to track candidates and promote jobs. Negotiate offers focusing on long-term incentives. Build relationships with candidates, understand their motivations, and involve hiring managers at the right time to close offers. What You Should Know: At least 5 years of senior recruiting experience, managing full-cycle processes. Experience with technical and commercial recruiting, preferably in hi-tech and startup environments. Fluent in written and verbal English. Efficient in managing multiple projects and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree from a top university; technical or marketing degrees are a plus. Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Lever, is advantageous. Experience with executive recruiting and early-stage startups is highly desirable.
