Our client, a strategic consulting and operationsagency specializing in optimizing coworking spaces, is seeking aSenior Operations & Project Manager to play a key leadershiprole in managing client projects, providing executive support tothe founder, and overseeing account relationships. This position isideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environmentand enjoys balancing high-level initiatives with hands-onexecution. The role involves managing client relationships,coordinating internal teams, optimizing operational processes, andensuring the successful delivery of services to coworking spaceclients. The ideal candidate has experience in project management,operations, and client success—preferably within an agency orservice-based business—and is eager to take ownership of multipleinitiatives. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PMEST Key Responsibilities Project Management 1. Lead and coordinatemultiple client projects across various service lines. 2. Manageproject pipelines, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 3. Developand optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projectexecution. 4. Monitor project profitability and ensure resourceutilization aligns with business goals. 5. Coordinate with vendorsand external partners to maintain smooth project operations. Executive Support 1. Provide high-level administrative andoperational support to the founder. 2. Manage email, calendarscheduling, and internal communications. 3. Support in businessdevelopment initiatives, preparing reports, and optimizingprocesses. 4. Assist in maintaining and evolving internaldocumentation. 5. Ensure that strategic initiatives are executedefficiently with minimal oversight. Account Management 1. Serve asthe primary, client-facing point of contact for key clients,ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. 2. Oversee clientonboarding, success management, and ongoing engagement. 3. Proactively monitor account health and identify opportunities forupselling or service improvements. 4. Ensure clear communicationbetween internal teams and external clients to optimize servicedelivery. 5. Maintain structured client communications, reporting,and expectation management. Qualifications Experience 1. 3+ yearsof project management experience in an agency or service-basedenvironment. 2. Previous experience managing multiple priorities,operations, and clients simultaneously. 3. Proven ability to workin a fast-paced, dynamic setting and drive cross-functionalinitiatives. Skills 1. Strong organizational and project managementabilities, with a focus on execution. 2. Extremely detail-oriented,ensuring precision in project execution, documentation, and clientcommunications. 3. Fluent in written and verbal communicationskills; able to interact with clients and internal teamsprofessionally. 4. Experience using project management tools (Asanais highly preferred) to manage workflows and resources. 5. Abilityto think strategically while managing tactical details and dailyoperations. What Success Looks Like Project Delivery: 90%+ on-timeproject execution, aligned with budget and scope. OperationalEfficiency: Streamlined systems and SOPs, reducing manualinefficiencies. Client Satisfaction: Strong relationships andpositive client feedback on execution & service. ProcessImprovement: Continuous refinement of workflows to enhance teamefficiency and profitability. Leadership & Ownership: Effectivedelegation and proactive problem-solving across all initiatives.
