We’re looking for a Sales Coach who’s ready to take charge, inspire performance, and drive success! In this role, you'll guide a team of talented sales representatives, provide ongoing coaching, and help shape strategies that fuel growth. With your expertise, you’ll optimize workflows, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure smooth renewals and upsells. Responsibilities : •Oversee the daily activities of sales representatives, ensuring they follow best practices and meet their targets. •Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team, focusing on Salesforce tools and techniques. •Track and analyze the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and strategies for improvement. •Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with existing customers, addressing any issues and ensuring renewals are processed smoothly. •Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies. •Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement. •Provide ongoing support and motivation to the sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Required Skills: •Advanced English. •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. (Sales/ Sales Coach) •Strong knowledge and experience of Salesforce CRM for sales pipeline and client management. •Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. •Experience in contract renewal, upsell and cross-sell domains or in similar role. •Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills. •Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. •Flexibility & Adaptability. •On-Site position.
