They handle projects of all sizes, from interior design to new construction, connecting clients with over 800 architects . Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Architect with expertise in developing floor plans and performing related technical calculations. This is a full-time, home-based role where you’ll collaborate with an international team to deliver high-quality, customized designs for diverse client projects. What You Will Do Develop accurate architectural floor plans and perform surface area and related technical calculations Use specialized design software (e.g., SketchUp or similar) for project creation and modification Adapt and customize floor plan templates based on client requirements Collaborate closely with the internal team and communicate directly with the client Contribute to ongoing process improvements and participate in training initiatives What You Will Bring Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar field Proven experience in architecture, especially in creating floor plans and calculations. Knowledge and proficiency in architectural design software. SketchUp or similar Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
