About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide full-time support to a roofing company. Your primary role will involve managing inbound calls, appointment scheduling, CRM updates, email correspondence, and light project coordination. This is not a sales role, but you’ll play a key part in ensuring clients and leads are followed up with promptly and professionally.
