The manager will partner with business stakeholders from Insights, CRM, Programmatic & Audience Management, Global, Brand Teams, Shopper Marketing and agencies to understand the business objectives in order to develop and define robust analytics frameworks as well as interpreting performance data, CRM, Audience & programmatic to drive results in marketing programs across multiple digital channels. Success in this role requires not only expert data and analysis skills but also Programmatic knowledge and expertise in CRM (Consumer Relationship Management), strong communication skills, initiative and demonstrated experience in working with cross functional teams.** **Responsibilities/Accountabilities** **Audience** - ** Support audience creation and programmatic buying initiatives** - ** Coordinate the content to be communicated to the different audiences** - ** Review/align the buying audiences (clusters) defined for each programmatic campaign in accordance to the Audience Definition** **CRM** - ** Lead CRM projects & Initiatives** - ** Understand how your HUB is mapping the data acquisition process to get to the target defined, and identify new opportunities for data collection.** - ** - ** Interface with cross functional teams at Colgate, agency partners and tech vendors to ensure data is collected and stored as needed, following global guidelines as well as develop strategies for the use of 1p daPartner with your local IBE & CRM Agency** **Data** - ** Support high-impact initiatives to accelerate the digital transformation towards a more data driven organization** - ** Evaluate existing analytics tools and data providers to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our existing dataset** - ** Work closely with external vendors to ensure the implementation and configuration of tools for data gathering, accurate analytics and dashboards.** **Analysis & Insights** - **Identify trends and behavior in website traffic, customer reviews/ratings, social sentiment and media performance for analysis and action**: - **Develop audience insights from various 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sets to drive CP vision for digital targeting, content development/personalization, and media recommendations**: - **Design and execute insights tests (KPI development, AB / MTV testing)**: - **Understand the role of website content, coupons, loyalty programs and identify user experience gaps from website analytics** **Reporting** - **Establish a clear scope for digital analytics reporting by aligning with regional strategic KPIs and liaising with internal teams**: - **Develop reporting dashboards to track real time campaign performance and improve data visualization inside CP**: - **Produce reports to benchmark performance across digital channels identifying how success looks like in order to stimulate Smart Measurement deliverable**: - **Manage agency reporting deliverables prior to distribution within CP marketing organization**: - **Work with agencies to optimize reporting processes**: - **Communicate reports monthly through Programmatic and CRM Project outcomes.** **Range of Qualifications** - **Ideal 5 years relevant experience in Digital Wolrd (media analytics, publisher/technology firm or relevant marketing org).**: - **Experience and **knowledge with Data Analytics tools.**: - **Experience using **Data Studio and Google Sheets.**: - **Experience on programmatic buying, DMP and DSP (as DV360, Verizon, etc)**: - **Experience with CRM programs (Practicas e implementaciones)**: - **Advance English level** Equal Opportunity Employer Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
