We strongly believe that the success of our company lies in the creation of learning and development experiences, teamwork, and the well-being of our people. **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Learning the different steamship lines. - Putting all information provided on the work order into the system. - Learning the different vendors for the customer and how to select the correct free time. - Understanding drop & hook vs. deliver. - Requesting pick-up numbers from multiple contacts. - EDI’S -Understanding how to enter correctly, what information to look for, questions to ask. How to accept or decline a shipment. - Tracing containers daily on rail websites 2-3 times per day, understanding Last Free Days and how to distinguish the correct Last Free Day. - Updating multiple websites with accurate information as needed. **Requirements**: - Studies: High School Degree or any Bachelor's degree. - Language: B2+ - C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. this person will be working directly with customers. - At least six months of experience in customer service. **Perks**: - The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
