About the Role: We are seeking a Business Partner who acts as a strategic advisor, consultant, and liaison between the organization and its internal or external clients, stakeholders, and managers. The role involves understanding business needs, analyzing trends, providing insights, and developing strategies to support business objectives. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. - Serve as a consultant to management, providing HR guidance on organizational issues. - Participate in business strategy discussions, ensuring HR considerations are integrated. - Plan and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent. - Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession planning. - Develop retention strategies, especially in high-turnover environments like BPO. - Support managers in identifying and resolving performance issues. - Design and implement programs to enhance productivity and employee engagement. - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to work conditions, conflicts, payroll, and grievances. - Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and execute training programs. - Promote continuous learning and skill development to boost employee performance and engagement. - Manage the human side of organizational change, including communication, training, and support. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. - Work with leadership to cultivate an inclusive culture fostering innovation and collaboration. - Develop programs to improve employee morale, engagement, and job satisfaction. - Partner with teams to enhance workplace culture, ensuring a positive, productive, and inclusive environment. - Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on people management and performance. - Support leaders in team building, talent development, and succession planning. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology. - Bilingual or advanced proficiency in English. - Minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources within the BPO/Contact Center sector or similar high-volume environment (e.g., 9,000+ employees) as a business partner or equivalent role. - Desirable: Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, labor relations, work environment, turnover, and attrition. - Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - High tolerance for frustration. - Ability to relate to diverse stakeholders and personalities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Availability to work 100% on-site in Bogotá as required.
