We are seeking a Digital Engineering Manager who will lead a high-skilled team to implement technical requirements of well-defined solution designs into consumable digital services in close collaboration with all different areas of the Americas Digital Center. The Digital Engineering Manager plays a crucial role in leading and coordinating the assignment and capacity of all team members during the different phases from planning to delivering high-quality and secure services that meet business objectives in an agile way. What you will do: Drive timely completion of IT projects, demands and/or cloud product releases with the support of the I&O team and third parties. Continuously improve the overall cycle time for demands delivery within the agreed ranges with the Head of I&O and ADC. Align with I&O Core teams and MSP to keep our infrastructure in a consistent, secure and cost-efficient manner following compliance guidelines. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. This involves reviewing code and documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to complex problems, but also, assisting when escalations are required to bring visibility to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. Awareness of Operations role and constraints in a worldwide and outsourced IT organization. Financial Management and budget control. Broad range of understanding of enterprise Cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS) and associated technologies. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated technologies. Broad range of understanding of Cloud providers service offering (mostly PaaS and IaaS), with focused on AWS.
