Our division in Colombia is looking for a Financial Analyst to be responsible for the planning, analysis and financial projection of group companies, forecasting future revenues and expenses to establish cost structures and determine the capital budget for projects. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Projection of quarterly and annual cash flows. - Elaboration and projection of annual and quarterly budgets. - Analysis of financial data and variations, focused on the generation of relevant information for management decision making. - Analysis of budget vs. financial statements. - Propose financial models. - Profitability indicators. - Knowledge and analysis of KPI's. - Preparation of weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports. - Analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. **REQUIREMENTS**: - University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. - Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, databases, report automation. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, validation, pivot tables, charting techniques, formulas, and macros) **Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
