Description The Turbine Mechanical Aftermarket engineer supports the mechanical and renewables spares and repair business for the Renewable/Turbine Mechanical systems installed base. They identify the correct system spares and solutions based on specific customer design through technical reviews of engineering documentation related to the projects. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assist customers with general product/project inquiries and ensure accurate information. Assist customers with basic technical inquiries. Collaborate with the Turbine Mechanical Engineering group in Pittsburgh. Provide pricing and lead time for turbine mechanical spares. Prepare order management documents to initiate projects. Execute Aftermarket Projects: Quote, Procure, track equipment delivery, and shipping. Coordinate equipment shipment to customers. Complete project financials, track costs, invoicing, and sales. Prepare Spare Parts lists for current main system projects. Who You Are: You are a mechanical engineer experienced in drawing interpretation and project execution, with a desire to balance technical work with project management skills and a potential interest in advancing your career in the power industry, including field service and design support. For This Role, You Will Need: Strong customer service skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Ability to read drawings and Bills of Materials. Basic knowledge of design software such as Autodesk. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 2 years of relevant work experience. Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electricomechanic). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Procurement or planning experience. Ability to manage multiple projects with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
