We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with overall 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5+ years of Fusion experience and additional years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards. Must have a good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM version 24+ capabilities. The candidate should have real-time hands-on functional/product experience, support experience, or equivalent knowledge. Bilingual Requirement: Spanish and English. Responsibilities include: Providing customer service support, diagnosing, replicating, and resolving complex functional issues. Supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Suite Applications, including business requirements, gap analysis, workshops, design, setup, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Collaborating with technical teams on CEMI/RICE objects. Creating and reviewing Knowledge Articles. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud implementation and support. Participation in 5 or more Oracle HCM Cloud projects, with at least 3 full implementations as a lead or SME across 3 modules. Experience with Cloud HCM Modules like Core HR, Benefits, ORC, Talent, Absence, T&L, Work Compensation, L&D. Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and product functionality. Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. Excellent problem-solving, customer interaction, and service orientation skills. Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and advise customers accordingly.
