Key Responsibilities - Lead large-scale, complex delivery projects across various industries in a hands-on capacity. - Define and operate within an agile framework, including estimation, backlog refinement, ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrations. - Guide discovery teams to help clients clarify vision, create actionable plans, and align technical resources for successful delivery. - Advocate for change, adapting to evolving requirements and incorporating new knowledge into working products. - Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, approaches, and outcomes. Own the solution's success and serve as a subject matter expert. - Wear multiple hats—quality assurance, business analysis, Scrum Master, DevOps, UX—as needed, adopting a consulting, curious, and servant-leader approach. - Handle escalations, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. - Coordinate with client partners and executives, maintaining transparency on project status, risks, and updates. - Prepare and deliver client presentations, including discovery reports, plans, prototypes, POCs, and post-project reviews. Requirements - 8+ years of leadership, agile project delivery, or consulting experience. - Deep understanding of agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools. - Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent listening, executive presence, and empathetic leadership skills. - Knowledge of data, analytics, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred. - Ability to anticipate risks and align delivery and leadership proactively. - Passion for client satisfaction and customer success.
