Overview: **Responsibilities**: - Drive all phases of business and solution development, including research, analysis, due diligence and evaluation of final solution/proposition of DIBS opportunities. - Promote growth by taken initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships. - Work actively with BizDev and Operations in Hunting and Farming Opportunities. - Supports Ibero - Latam System Management strategies. - Support and manage the daily/weekly/monthly tasks for top client opportunities. - Prepare and validate client presentation and material for the TAP Assessments. - Continuously investigate and introduce process improvement measures and either signing off actions or raising to a higher level if appropriate. - Participate in client meetings as required. - Estimate costs of new solutions and associated benefits. Develop detailed business cases with ROI, Payback Period etc. - Understand critical business, operating and technology risks and develop mitigation plans. Qualifications: - Bachelors or higher education degree with business administration, marketing, and related careers. - English level: C1. - Knowledge in **Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Machine Learning, Analytics, Program Management, Workforce Optimization.**: - 5 to 8 years of experience in transformation/digital technology. - Certified or trained lean Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt on or before 2018. - Good to have: Experience in Call Centers and Technology Industry.
