**You'll love this role!**: We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager for our Customer Located in Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. The CPM has to lead project delivery from getting customer PO (purchase order) until the project completion and handover. **Your daily activities are**: - Establish the project plan baseline: Take handover from Presales team, Pre-sales involvement for cost estimation & scope of work, Define project scope, secure the necessary resources and time plan and monitor all activities. - Drive project execution: track project activities, raise risks, issues and handle them, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues. - Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events. - Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring, Cost Management. - Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting. - Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas, use Automation & Industrialization. - Supporting up-sales opportunities. - Mentoring the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents. **The main skills we require are**: - Education: Above to bachelor’s degree. - Min 7 years of project management experience. - Experience in Telecommunications industry. - Good understanding for Telecom Technology & Domain: 4G, VoLTE, 5G, Core, Cloud, Packet Core, OSS, UDM. - Project Management Skills. - Planning & organizing. - Leading & supervising. - Coaching and mentoring. - Financial Acumen & analysis skills. - Business Understanding. - Customer and Market Insight. - Presentation & Communication Skills. - Consultative Selling Skills. - Negotiation, persuading & influencing skills. - Knowledge sharing, team work and collaboration skills. - Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders and drive results. - Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. - Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). - English and Spanish proficiency. **Additional Requirements**: - PMI certifications. - Project sales process. - Contract management. - 3rd pp suppliers management experience. **Why join Ericsson?**: At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
