Strategy team is in charge of creating tools and processesto guide the commercial team towards our yearly goal. You will beworking with a team of orangers and influencing key stakeholders tocreate a positive impact on our results. This data driven rolecalls for a rare combination of business strategic thinking andhands-on problem solving, as well as a strong stake holdersmanagement skills. Strategy team members are very important for theexpansion and sustainability of our business across the region, aswell as helping our restaurant partners in maximizing their growthpotential in our platform. Role Responsibilities - Diagnose andsolve top-priority problems/issues in our day to day execution ofbusiness strategies. - Design and implement strategies to help ourbusiness and restaurant partners grow in a challenging and highlycompetitive environment. - Work effectively across differentoperations teams within our Field Strategy operation. - Negotiateand align processes and standard communication procedures, in orderto effectively implement our strategies and initiatives acrossdifferent teams. - Stay hands-on and drive excellence throughproblem solving and leadership. - Work with a team of Internationalstakeholders to move projects in a fast-paced environment. - Leadand develop team of Sr analyst to execute key initiatives for thebusiness Role Qualifications - Project management Skills - Stronganalytical skills and critical thinking - Excellent executionskills - Stakeholder management experience - Solid business sense,familiar with Finance concepts - Effective communication (verbaland written), both in English and Spanish. - Highly motivated,proactive, self-learner, Independent, solid sense of ownership,hands-on approach. - Experienced in data analysis tools. - Bachelordegree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/ Mathematicsor related fields - Professional background: 5-7 years ofexperience in Finance, Consulting, Strategy, operations or relatedfield & 2+ years of experience as manager EEO Statement - Wecreate customer value – We strive to always create valuableexperiences for our users in everything we do.
