We bring solutions to physicians by providing constant enhancement of our products and services including EHR, practice management, marketing, patient coordination and billing.Job Purpose and RoleWe’re seeking a Marketing Brand Strategist who can shape and elevate our brand positioning across all touchpoints. You will lead the development and execution of brand strategy to strengthen awareness, engagement, and trust in our company and products. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and executive teams to craft compelling narratives and ensure brand consistency across channels.The ideal candidate must be creative, with passion for storytelling, brand development, and making a real impact in healthcare/health-tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our core healthcare audiences (providers, payers, patients)Define and maintain brand voice, positioning, messaging pillars, and visual identityCollaborate across teams to translate technical features into clear, benefit-driven messagingLead creative direction for key brand campaigns and product launchesServe as the primary liaison between product and marketing, staying immersed in the product to deeply understand features, functionality, and value propositionsOwn first-touch brand messaging when a new product or feature rolls out—evaluate the competitive landscape, understand audience pain points, and craft strategic messaging to drive engagementConduct competitive and audience research, including audience segmentation to inform brand positioning and differentiationMaintain brand assets (e.g., style guides, updated logos, product collateral, etc.) on an ongoing basisPartner with content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and customer touchpointsSupport internal branding initiatives to align employees with the company mission and valuesAnalyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, awareness, and trustEnsure all communications comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).QualificationsRequired:5+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B SaaS industriesProven success in developing and launching brand strategies or campaignsStrong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, digital health trends, and patient/provider needsExceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to translate complex healthcare or tech concepts into simple, human-centered messagingExperience managing cross-functional projects with creative, marketing, and product teamsExperience collaborating on omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver high value and engage target audiences successfullyExperience in graphic design, brand management, and basic web developmentProficiency in using brand strategy tools, audience insights, and analytics platformsExperience working with HIPAA-compliant or regulated healthcare productsFamiliarity with marketing analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, GA4) and digital channels (SEO, social, paid media)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, or a related field.
