Job Description The Creative Director, Global Talent Brand role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of enterprise Employment Brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities. The goal is to position Sutherland as an employer of choice and differentiate us in the market. The person in this role will lead a team of graphic designers and content creators to craft the voice of Sutherland Talent Acquisition across multiple candidate engagement channels, including social media. They will act as a liaison between regional Talent Attraction teams, focusing on enhancing our presence in the talent market and aligning employer brand strategies with Talent Attraction leaders across geographies. Responsibilities Online Marketing Design and execute global strategies for social channels (brand guidelines, content, posting). Monitor content metrics, engagement, and reach. Review advertising models, budgets, and talent attraction metrics (CPA/CPH, applicants, CTR) with Digital Marketing Lead. Focus on talent acquisition goals: candidate engagement, attraction, sourcing, and effectiveness. Offline Marketing Create and monitor brand strategy for outdoor advertising, including target audience, messaging, and placement. Align offline marketing efforts with talent acquisition goals. Develop and lead global content strategy aimed at brand awareness, talent engagement, and attraction, coordinating with regional teams. Conduct periodic reviews of job ads, descriptions, and regional content. Coordinate photoshoots and videos, mentor regional designers, create ad campaigns, and monitor content application usage. Contribute to brand strategy for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and review channels (Indeed, Glassdoor). Manage the strategy and content of our Career Site and related platforms. Qualifications Strong written and oral English communication skills. Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design. Experience in employer branding, brand marketing, and reputation management. Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations with an understanding of sourcing metrics and KPIs. Proven ability to develop and implement content and talent attraction strategies in fast-paced recruiting environments. Flexibility, openness in communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Mastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experience enhancement.
